As your Personal Trainer, I come to you - bringing equipment if needed, to your home, garden, or a public park.
You may also train with me at my home based gym, or online if you prefer.
The equipment I use range from resistance bands and stability balls, to kettlebells, dumbbells and plyo boxes.
The most important part of your free initial assessment - you decide if I am the right PT for YOU.
You will never be forced to do exercises you absolutely hate or that make you feel extremely uncomfortable.
Neither will you be judged, mocked, or in any way made to feel inadequate.
My job is to encourage, commend and guide you.
I work for you and your say is the final word ALWAYS.

About me
I am a fully qualified Personal Trainer with years of experience training both men and women. I love helping those who have had negative experiences of exercise in the past, or who find the challenge of starting a fitness journey daunting and need the extra support of someone who isn't just qualified and able to get the results you want, but is also a caring friend who puts you at ease.
I know what it's like to have life get in the way of health goals, to juggle so many things that personal health and fitness is put in the last place, and to have stresses of life play havoc with our bodies. It happens. But it doesn't have to stay like that.
Fitness is fun.
As your Personal Trainer I will create a manageable but challenging exercise routine that you are capable of following. You will learn how to prioritise your health again and find joy in moving your body and seeing what it is capable of. The knock on effects of this on your life are limitless.

Perfect for if you are new to fitness, or already do other exercise classes/workouts each week.

A personal programme of exercises to follow throughout the week via my app.
Videos of each exercise with verbal and written instructions of how to perform them safely, as well as timers for circuit workouts.
